דרושים חוקים נגד פשעי שנאה Israel needs Hate Crime laws

מדינת ישראל נועדה, בין ההשאר, להיות מקלט ומקום מבטחים לעם היהודי.   לכן, על מוסדות המדינה למנוע מבעוד מועד פגיעה ביהודים, וכן פגיעה בכל אשרח או ורח שתומך בישראל וביהודים, על ידי אסור כל ביטוי של שנאה כלפי יהודים , כלפי מדינת היהודים, וכלפי אזרחים ואורחים נאמנים למדינה.

לשם כך, אנו, החתומים מטה, דורשים ממדינת ישראל להפסיק לאפשר לשונאינו להמשיך לשפוך את שנאתם בין גבולותינו.

כמו במדינות אחרות, מדינת ישראל חייבת לאזרחיה חוקים נגד מעשי שנאה, עם גזר-דין גירוש למדינת אויב, ואכיפה מוגברת.

מעשי שנאה כוללים 

- פגיעה בישראלים על היותם ישראלים או ביהודים על היותם יהודים - כולל פגיעה ברכושם

- פגיעה בקבוצה של ישראלים נאמנים או יהודים וכן אורחים בישראל או תומכים בישראל, על היותם אותה קבוצה - כול לפגיעה ברכושם

- פגיעה פומבית בסמלי מדינת ישראל וסמלי דת יהודיים 

- הבעת תמיכה או עידוד בפגיעה בישראלים, ביהודים או בתומכי המדינה והעם, בכל אמצעי - מילים בכתב או בעל פה, איורים שמעודדים בפגיעה בישראלים או יהודיםظ וכן תמיכה כלכלית, או סיוע למפגעים בכל אמצעי או דרך,וכן הבעת שמחה על פגיעה בישראלים או יהודים

- קריאה לחרם כנגד יהודים או ישראלים על היותם ישראלים או יהודים, או כל אדם או קבוצה על הייותם תומכים בישראל

- הנפת דגל או סמל של מדינת אויב או דגל / סמל של ארגון או שתומכים בפגיעה בישראל או ביהודים

- הפגנת צער בפומבי על קום מדינת ישראל, מדינת הלאום היהודי

אכיפת חוקים אלו תשתיק את קולות האויבים מבית ותמגר את התופעה הרווחת כעת של הסתה לפגיעה בישראלים וביהודים.  

בו בזמן, חוקים אלו יתנו במה למיעוטים הנאמנים למדינת ישרל והמעוניינים בדו-קיום.

The State of Israel is meant, among other goals, to be a safe haven for Jews.   However, as long as people are allowed to freely express hatred towards Jews and Israelis, and show public support for the murder of Jews and the destruction of their property, the violence and terror will continue.

For this reason, we, the undersigned, call upon the Israeli government to legislate an end to hate crimes, including hate speech, by making the following actions illegal, and punishable by deportation from our borders:

- Harming Israelis or Jews due to their nationality or religion, including harming their property

- Harming any group or person loyal to or supportive of Jews or Israel, for those views , including harming their property

- Damaging Israeli or Jewish national and religious symbols publicly

- Expressing any support or encouragement for the arming of Israelis, Jews or supporters of Israel , in any from - whether in writing, orally, or in other forms.  Additionally, provide material support and expressing satisfaction or joy at the harming of Israelis, Jews or supporters

- Calling for the boycotting of any Israeli or Jewish individual or organization , due to their being Israeli, Jewish or supportive of Israel or Jews

- Flying the flag or symbol of any nation or organization which supports harming Israel, Israelis or Jews or any supporters of Israel

- Publicly expressing sorrow for the creation of Israel, the Jewish State

Full legislation and enforcement of these laws will silence the enemies within our borders and will put a stop to the common phenomenon of incitement within Israel to harm Israelis or Jews.   

At the same  time, enforcing these laws will strengthen loyal minorities within Israel
