להציל את שכונת הזית

אנו תושבי אפרת מתנגדים להרחבת פרויקט צ.פ. הגרנדיוזי בשכונת הזית באפרת ל 106 יחידות דיור.

אנו מתנגדים בגלל:

- דרכי הגישה שיהיו פקוקות עד רמה בלתי נסבלת לקיום חיים תקינים ויציאה לעבודה

- מקומות החניה המלאים שיהפכו את הגישה לקשה ומסורבלת

- העומס התחבורתי הצפוי שיפגע ברמת הבטיחות להולכי הרגל בשכונה ובכללם ילדים רבים ורוכבי אופניים

- תשתיות המים שכבר היום לא עומדות בעומס הקיים עשויות לקרוס ולפגוע באספקת המים הסדירה. 

 - שהגדלת יחידות הדיור על חשבון שטחי המסחר תפגע במטרה המוצהרת של המועצה לקידום הפרויקט  - הגדלת ארנונה משטחי מסחר

- כל הנ"ל עשוי לפגוע בערך הדירות בשכונה

 - המבנה העירוני המפלצתי אינו תואם את אופי השכונה

אנו קוראים לחברי המועצה ולראש המועצה לחזור בהם בהם מהתמיכה בתוכנית ומקידום התוכנית, למשוך בחזרה את המלצתם שהוגשה למינהל האזרחי בבית אל ולבוא בדברים עם התושבים במטרה למציאת פתרון נאות יותר.

We, the residents of the Zayit, are opposed to the planned increase of the number of apartments to 106 in the Z.P development project in the Zayit, Efrat.

We are opposing this plan because:

-          Access will be unbearably congested to the point that it will add an impossible burden on daily life as well as severely affect our ability to leave the neighborhood for work.

-          The increase in number of parking spaces will make access complicated

-          The increase in traffic is a danger to pedestrians in the neighborhood at large and to many children and bike riders in particular.

-          The already overloaded water infrastructure is likely to completely collapse and cause damage to regular water supply.

-          Increasing the number of apartments at the expense of commercial area will harm the Moatza’s stated interest in promoting this project – increasing Efrat’s revenue from commercial arnona.

-          The huge, city-like, buildings do not fit with the character of the neighborhood

-          All the above are likely to reduce the price of apartments in the neighborhood

We call on the members of the Moatza and the Mayor to rescind their support of this project and the requested changes, to recall their recommendation that submitted to the Minhal in Bet El, and to enter into talks with the residents to find a more appropriate solution.
