We the people demand to abolish schema rollback.

No one actually uses it, it's a nightmare to maintain, it makes upgrade less reliable and it doesn't even work that well anyway (you lose some data).

(This petition is about schema rollback only. Rollback of the product can still be supported, by restoring a backup of the database.)
