Declaration and Pledge Regarding the Prosecution of IDF Commanders for So Called War Crimes We the undersigned, free citizens of the State of Israel, proud members of the IDF reservist units (past, current and future) and staunch supporters of human rights in time of war, in utter disgust of hypocritical legal systems that let murderous terrorist go free (being too cowered to challenge the executioners of unscrupulous barbarism) but keen on to prosecute honest military commanders doing their duty in difficult situation, declare hereby: 1. We will not set foot in a country that will criminally charge, block the entrance, request the extradition, hold for inquest, arrest or summon to court any member of the Israeli Defense Forces on charges of alleged war crimes while fighting to enhance the security of Israel, protect its citizens and their property, destroy her enemies and preempt their vicious designs. 2. We are sure that the IDF, the government of Israel and the Israel law institutions are fully committed to the highest standards of moral conduct of war actions and scrupulous balance of military imperatives versus human cost in so called "collateral damages". As Israelis we always expect our institutes to hold the high-ground in moral behavior. 3. We urge these valued institutions to exert control, keep watch, morally guide and forcefully insist upon complete compliance, over the national defense organs in all matters relating to lawful conduct of war against Israel enemies. We do not need foreign bodies to tell us what's right and what's not תרגום אנו החתומים מטה, אזרחים חופשיים של מדינת ישראל, מילואימניקים גאים (בעבר, בהווה או בעתיד) ותומכים נחרצים בזכויות אדם בעת מלחמה, מתוך תיעוב מוחלט של מערכות משפטיות צבועות המאפשרות לטרוריסטים רצחניים לצאת לחופשי (מהיותן פחדניות מדי להתעמת עם מבצעי מעשים ברבריים חסרי מעצורים מוסריים) אבל ששות לרדוף מפקדי צבא הגונים שעושים את חובתם לארצם בנסיבות קשות, מצהירים בזאת: 1. כף רגלנו לא תדרוך בארץ בה אנשי צה"ל יתבעו לדין, תמנע כניסתם, תוצא נגדם בקשת הסגרה, יעצרו לחקירה, יאסרו או יילקחו לבית משפט באשמה מדומה של פשעי מלחמה בזמן היותם בתפקיד ביטחון ישראל, הגנת אזרחיה ורכושם, השמדת אויביה וסיכול תוכניותיהם הזדוניות. 2. אנו בטוחים שצה"ל, ממשלת ישראל ומוסדות החוק של ישראל מחויבים לחלוטין לסטנדרטים הגבוהים ביותר של טוהר הנשק ואיזון קפדני בין יעדים צבאיים למחיר האנושי של "נפגעים לא מעורבים". בתור ישראלים אנו תמיד מצפים ממוסדותינו לבחור בהתנהגות המוסרית ביותר בכל משימה. 3. אנו מאיצים במוסדות אלה לשלוט, לנטור והנחות מוסרית ולהתעקש על ציות מוחלט של כל ארגוני הביטחון הלאומי בכל הנוגע לניהול המלחמה באויבי ישראל בהתאם לחוק. אנו לא זקוקים לזרים שיגידו לנו מה נכון ומה לא.
