ENGLISH BELOW עיריית ירושלים בשיתוף פעולה עם קרן ירושלים התקינה כל מיני פרויקטים אומנותיים על פני העיר ירושלים: מזרקה חדשה בצורה של אלה ברחוב בן יהודה העליון, פעמון תפילה הינדי חדש בגן סכר... אבל מה שנעדר זה אומנות שמשקפת את המורשת היהודית. אנחנו פועלים על מנת לעצור את העירייה בכוונותיה לעשות אותו דבר לכיכר ציון ומציעים שהעירייה יקים מונומנט יהודי נהדר. "כיפת השלום" היא מבנה כיפה חשוף בצורה של מגן דוד שיהיה מכוסה טיטניום. כשגלויות הדואר של ישראל יחליפו כיפת הסלע בכיפת השלום, כיפת השלום תציג את פניה היהודיים של ישראל לעולם. אנימציה של כיפת השלום ניתן לראות באתר האינטרנט שלנו www.lemallah.org בבקשה תחתום על העצומה: אנחנו הח"מ תומכים במאמצים של קבוצת האזרחים "למעלה" להקים את כיפת השלום בכיכר ציון. אנחנו מודאגים על ידי הזרם האומנותי והתרבותי המנסה לבנאם את העיר על חשבון היהדות ואנחנו מאוד מעריצים את הסמל המפואר הזה של היהדות הנותן את הכבוד הנדרש למורשתנו כעם היהודי ולירושלים כבירתנו היהודי הנצחי. The city of Jerusalem working closely with the Jerusalem Foundation has installed all sorts of art projects throughout the city of Jerusalem. A new goddess fountain at the top of Ben Yehuda Street, a new Hindu prayer bell at Gan Sacher, but what is absent is any art that reflects our Jewish heritage. We are working to stop the city from doing the same thing to Zion Square and rather have the city erect a magnificent Jewish Monument. The �Peace Dome� is an open-air dome shaped like the Star of David that will be clad with titanium presenting a Jewish face of Israel to the world, as post cards of Israel will change from the dome of the rock to the Peace Dome.
