מנהרע(ה)ות בצפון- איום אסטרטגי

אנו תושבי הצפון קוראים בזאת לממשלת ישראל, משרד הביטחון וצה"ל לקיים בדיקה מקיפה וטיפול בתופעת המנהרות לאורך הגבול הצפוני (קרית שמונה עד ראש הנקרה).

לצערנו מבצע צוק איתן גילה לנו עד כמה חמורה, מסוכנת ומסועפת התופעה והימים האחרונים מדברים על הגבול הצפוני כרווי במנהרות עליהן עמלים אנשי חיזבאללה.

אין זה הזמן לטמון ראש בחול. לא נשב בשקט עד שהנושא יבדק לעומק בשקיפות ובנחישות.

דמנו ודם ילדנו אינו הפקר!!

מוכרחים לפעול ולא להיות מופתעים ממתקפה מתואמת , הקפית וקשה .

חייבים להתייחס לאיום הזה כאל איום אסטרטגי ולא הוא עלול להביא לתוצאות הרות אסון.

המטרה לאסוף כמה שיותר חתימות ולהעבירן אל מקבלי ההחלטות.

We, the residents of northern Israel, hereby call the Israeli government, the Department of Defense and the IDF to conduct a thorough examination and handle the tunnel phenomenon along the northern border (Kiryat Shmona to Rosh Hanikra).

Unfortunately, operation Protective Edge revealed how severe, dangerous and complicated this phenomenon is, and recently we've heard talk about the northern border as full of tunnels under construction by Hezbollah.

This is not the time for sticking our heads in the sand. We will not sit quietly until this issue is profoundly, transparently and decidedly examined.

Our safety and our children's safety should not be abandoned!

We must act and not be caught off guard by a coordinated, extensive, severe attack.

We must treat this threat as a strategic threat; otherwise it will lead to disastrous results.

Our aim is to gather as many signatures as possible and deliver them to the decision makers.
