תשופר רמת השירות בדואר מרלז במודיעין

מזה מספר שנים שרמת השירות בסניף הדואר מרל"ז במודיעין מתחת לכל ביקורת, ומתקבלת תחושה ברורה של "ציפצוף" על התושבים.

בהיעדר תחרות, ממילא אין לנו ברירה, והם יודעים זאת. תושבים רבים נוסעים לדואר ברעות, שם ניתן שירות טוב יותר - אך זה אינו פתרון.

הבעיה, כרגיל במצבים כאלה, נובעת מהראש - ניהול חברת הדואר וניהול הסניף.

סביר להניח כי אילו הייתה למנהל הסניף תודעת שירות גבוהה יותר ואילו יכולותיו הניהוליות היו טובות יותר - הדברים היו נראים אחרת.

מכתבי תלונה שנשלחו להנהלת הדואר נענו, עד כה, בתשובות לקוניות וחסרות תוכן, ולמעשה דבר לא השתנה.

אנו קוראים לשר התקשורת ולהנהלת חברת הדואר לפעול לאלתר לשיפור דראסטי ברמת השירות הניתנת לתושבי מודיעין באמצעות סניף מרל"ז.

יש לוודא כי מנהל הסניף יהיה בעל תודעת שירות, כישורים ניהוליים ומוטיבציה עזה לשנות דברים, לשפר את תהליכי העבודה ולהעלות את רמת השירות הניתנת לתושבים השבויים.

In the last few years, the level of service at the Marlaz post office in Modi'in has severly deteriorated, and the general impression is that the post office is scorning the citizens of Modi'in.

In a competition-less environment, we the citizens have no other choice, and they know it.

As always in such situations, the problem lies in management - that of the Post Company and that of the local Branch.

Had the post office manager a higher service awareness and better management skills, things would look different.

Complaints sent in the past to the central post management were replied in a courteous and laconic manner, but had no affect, and the expected change failed to arrive.

We are hereby calling for the immediate and drastic improvement of the service level provided by the Marlaz post office.

We demand that the post management verifies that the post branch manager is a capable, service oriented and motivated manager that will take over, change work processes and dramatically improve the level of service we all deserve.
