נגד פרויקט הקרוי "פינוי בינוי"

אנו הח"מ, תושבי מעלה אדומים, מתנגדים התנגדות חמורה לפרויקט הקרוי "פינוי בינוי" ברחוב הקרן.

 

אנו מתנגדים לבנייתם של מספר 'מפלצות' בני 30-20 קומות, וזאת באזור של בנייה נמוכה וכפרית, ולהשפעה של מבנים אלו על אופייה ויופייה של העיר, ועל הנוף, האור והאוויר של הגרים בצילם של מבנים אלו.  

 

אנו מתנגדים לעומסים הכבדים שייווצרו בתחבורה ובחניה כתוצאה מגידול כה מסיבי של אוכלוסיה ורכבים בתוך שטח מצומצם הסובל כבר היום מעומס יתר.ך

 

אנו מוחים על הפגיעה הבלתי נסבלת בחייהם של כל תושבי מעלה אדומים הישנה במשך השנים הרבות של עבודות ההריסה והבנייה, ותנועת המשאיות והציוד המכני הכבד בכבישי העיר.

 

אנו דורשים מאנשי הציבור לקחת החלטות אחראיות בנושא פרוייקט זה, לשים בצד כל אינטרסים אישיים ולפעול לטובת הציבור לעצור את האסון הזה באופן מיידי.

We, the undersigned, citizens of Maale Adumim, strongly oppose the proposed "Pinui Binui" project at Rehov Hakeren.

 

We oppose the construction of several 20-30 storey monstrosities in an area of low density housing, and the effect these buildings will have on the beauty and character of the city, and on the views, light and air of those living in the shadow of these buildings.

 

We oppose the serious effect on transportation and parking as a result of such a massive increase in population and vehicles in a limited area with streets which are already stressed.

 

We protest the severe distress to which all the residents of central Maale Adumim will be subjected during several years of demolition and construction and the constant coming and going of trucks and other heavy machinery.   

                                                                                      

We demand from the city officials to make responsible decisions about this project, to set aside all personal interests and to act for the well-being of the citizens and immediately put a stop to this pending disaster.
