הפקעת סמכותו של אהוד ברק בענייני התיישבות

ביום א' (כ"ז בסיון התשע"ב, 17 יוני 2012) הוקמה ועדת השרים לענייני התיישבות.למרות זאת, סמכותו של אהוד ברק לא נפגעה, והוא עוד יוכל להטיל וטו על כל צעד לחיזוק ההתיישבות בשומרון וביהודה.במצב הזה, השתתפות שרי הימין בוועדת ההתיישבות תכשיר את השרץ ותזרה חול בעיני חלק מהציבור הלאומי, הסובר בטעות שסמכותו של ברק הופקעה.לכן אנחנו דורשים משרי הימין בוגי יעלון, בני בגין, גדעון סער, גלעד ארדן, יולי אדלשטיין, דניאל הרשקוביץ ואלי ישי להכריז שלא ישתתפו בוועדה הזאת עד שיופקע הווטו של אהוד ברק.This Sunday (June 17, 2012), the Ministerial Committee on Settlement Affairs was established.Nevertheless, the authority of Ehud Barak has not been diminished.  He still will be able to veto any move to strengthen the Jewish presence in Samaria and Judea ("the West Bank").The participation of rightist ministers in the Settlement Committee is liable to legitimize the present reality and mislead part of the nationalist public into thinking that Barak's authority has in fact been revoked.Therefore we call upon Ministers Bogi Ya'alon, Benny Begin, Gideon Sa'ar, Yuli Edelstein, Daniel Hershkowitz, and Eli Yishai to announce that they will not participate in this committee until Barak's veto power is eliminated.
