הקמת מרכז תרבות יוצאי יוון

יוצאי יוון בישראל מפוזרים בערים שונות ואין להם מועדון מארגן ומחבר כפי שניתן למצוא אצל יוצאי טורקיה, צרפת, איטליה וכו'. לכל אלה מועדונים המשמרים את תרבות המקום ממנו הגיעו לישראל.

קיומו של מועדון כזה יאפשר לחברינו להיפגש, ליצור קשרי חברות ולפעול למען שימור המורשת שלנו.

 

הפעילויות המתוכננות למועדון הן:

תחום התרבות

טיפוח קשרי ידידות יוון – ישראל

הרצאות במגוון נושאים

צפיה מודרכת בסרטים יוונים קלאסיים

כנסים בנושאי יהדות יוון

מפגשי תרבות סביב חגים

הקמת ספריה או מחלקה של ספרים ביוונית

ארגון טיולים בארץ וליוון

הקמת מקהלה לשירת יוון

ערבי שירה וספרות יוונית

חוג ללימוד השפה יוונית והלאדינו לצעירים ממשפחות יווניות

עיתון ו/או אתר אינטרנט

 

פעילות קהילתית

סיוע לסטודנטים מצטיינים יוצאי יוון (שני ההורים או אחד מהם יווני)

עזרה ליוונים שמגיעים ארצה לבתי חולים (עזרה מוראלית ומעשית)

ארגון בזארים

 

נשמח, כמובן, לקבל רעיונות נוספים.

 

בתקווה שנוכל להקים מרכז תרבות שיהווה מוקד משיכה והנאה חברתית ותרבותית.

Enterprise: Establishing a Club for Greek Immigrants and/or Israelis from greek origin in Israel

 Immigrants from Greece as well as Israelis from Greek origin live in Israel's various cities, towns and settlements and do not have a club to connect them like other groups in the country.  Immigrants from Turkey, France and Italy, for example, have their clubs which preserve the culture of their country of origin. 

Such a club will enable them to meet, to create connections and friendships and to preserve their cultural heritage. 

The activities that the club will provide

Promoting relations between Greece and IsraelLectures on a variety of subjectsGuided viewing of classic Greek filmsSeminars on Greek JewryMeetings to mark and celebrate Jewish holidaysEstablishing a library or section in a library containing books in GreekOrganizing trips in Israel and GreeceEstablishing a Greek language choirGreek poetry and literature meetingsGreek and Ladino language classes for young people from families of Greek originA Greek language newspaper and/or website

Community activities

Providing financial assistance to outstanding students from families of Greek originProviding practical and moral support to Greeks coming to Israel for medical treatmentOrganizing bazaars and exhibitions
