We, the residents of Efrat, fully agree with the following statements and feel they are true and of obvious nature. 

1. Although the Molotov cocktail bottle that was hurled at a car traveling close to Efrat last Friday miraculously resulted in minor injuries alone, it should be considered an act of attempted murder.
2. The only reason this specific car was “chosen” by an Arab terrorist was due to the fact that the driver and his wife were Jewish, clearly demonstrating that this was a terrorist act motivated clearly by nationalistic reasons.  
3. This latest terror attack is part of a recent escalation of Arab terror that has been occurring over the past several months in the region and throughout the West Bank and has reached life threatening proportions.  
4.  The residents of Gush Etzion, and Efrat!! as well as all the citizens of Israel are threatened by and will stand as one against the threat of Arab terror.

5.  As citizens, soldiers and family members of soldiers, we have total trust in the capability of the IDF and call upon the political leaders and the commanders of the IDF to do everything in their power to eradicate terrorism.
