גלן בק מגיע להתסיס את ירושלים ואנחנו אומרים לו-תשאר בבית!גלן בק הוא שדרן וכתב אמריקני, שהודח מרשת החדשות של פוקס עקב דעותיו והתבטאויותיו הקיצוניות. בעקבות כך, הוא פתח רשת טלויזיה משל עצמו בשם GBTV.בקיץ האחרון, בק קיים עצרת גדולה בארצות הברית שקראה ל"החזרת הכבוד" האמריקני. ארגונים ואנשי ציבור רבים התנגדו לעצרת הימנית באופן פומבי וקולני. כתוצאה מכך הקומיקאים ג'ון סטיוארט וסטיבן קולברט ארגנו עצרת המונית בה הם קראו לשמר את השפיות. בעצרת הנגד שהתקיימה בוושינגטון השתתפו מעל למיליון אמריקאים.כעת, החליט בק להפיץ את משנתו גם אצלנו בישראל. ב-24 לאוגוסט מגיע הכתב יחד עם שרה פיילין, ניוט גינגריץ', פוליטיקאים ימניים נוספים ואלפי אמריקאים אוונגליסטים בכדי לקיים ברחבת הכותל המערבי אירוע תמיכה המוני בימין הישראלי ובירושלים השלמה, לו הוא קורא “עצרת להשבת האומץ”. בפעולה זו עתיד בק להתסיס את ירושלים ולהעמיק עוד יותר את הקונפליקט הקיים בעיר בפרט ובמדינה בכלל. אנחנו כישראלים לא מעוניינים שהדוד הנחמד מאמריקה יגיע לכאן וינסה לקבוע עבורנו מה טוב לנו. יש גם דף פייסבוק שנפתח במיוחד:https://www.facebook.com/pages/Glenn-Beck-Stay-Home/212899215415635?ref=ts&sk=wall Glenn Beck Stay Home No to Glenn Beck – Yes to Jerusalem: Two Capitals for Two People! Now, Beck has decided to bring his extreme religious + conservative message to us Israelis - on August 24 the reporter is planning a rally in Jerusalem, alongside other radical US conservatives including Sarah Palin, Newt Gingrich and thousands of American evangelists. Beck’s event will be at the Western Wall to showcase support for the Israeli right and a united Jerusalem, under the slogan: "Rally to Restore Courage." Beck’s event is sure to incite the tense situation in Jerusalem and to further deepen the existing conflict. We Israelis do not need the nice preacher from America to come here and to determine what is good for us. We will not stand in silence as he and his fans deepen the gaping divide between Palestinians and Israelis in Jerusalem.
