דורשים הפסקת אש מיידית

אנחנו, אזרחי ישראל, יהודים ופלסטינים, דורשים ודורשות ממשלת ישראל הפסקת אש מיידית במבצע הנוכחי.

יש לנו זכות וחובה להגן על אזרחינו. אך גם יש לנו זכות וחובה להסכים להפסקת אש כאשר הוצעה.

אסור להמשיך ולסכן חיים של ילדים ואנשים חפים מפשע.

יש יותר מדי נפגעים, הרוגים ופצועים, יהודים וערבים.

חובתינו המוסרית להסכים להפסקת אש אשר הוצעה לנו לא פעם אחת - לקיים משא ומתן, להגיע לסיום האלימות בסבב הנוכחי, ולהכין את השטח לפתרון טווח ארוך.

 نحن، مواطني دوله اسرائيل، نطالب حكومه اسرائيل بوقف اطلاق نار فوري في هذه الحمله العسكريه.

لدينا الحق والواجب في الدفاع عن مواطنينا. وأيضا، لدينا حق وواجب الموافقه على مقترحات وقف اطلاق النار المطروحه.

علينا عدم الإستمرار في تهديد حياة الأبرياء وخاصة الأطفال.

إن من واجبنا ألأخلاقي الموافقه على مقترحات وقف اطلاق النار المطروحة  بشكل متكرر - إجراء المفاوضات ، وإنهاء العنف الدائر، لتمهيد الوصول لحل طويل الأمد.

We the undersigned Israeli citizens, Jewish and Palestinian, call on our government for an immediate ceasefire.

We have the right and obligation to protect our citizens

But we also have the right and obligation to pursue a ceasefire.

 We cannot and must not continue  endangering the lives 

of children and other inocent people. This is blood on our hands. It is our moral duty to agree to the cease fire-- that has been offered more than once-- and to begin negotiations, reach an end to the current round of violence, and create conditions for a lasting long-term solution.
