דרישה ליום הפרדה נוסף בבריכה העירונית

אנו החתומים מטה מבקשים מראש העיר ומועצת העיר רעננה להקצות יום רחצה שלם נוסף לרחצה נפרדת לציבור הדתי.

כידוע לכבודם, במתכונת של היום הבריכה פועלת בימות הקיץ ביום א' בין

השעות 15:30-19:00 רחצה נפרדת לנשים, ובין השעות 19:30-23:00 בערב, רחצה נפרדת לבנים. בנוסף יום רחצה לילית לגברים ויום רחצה לילית לנשים.

יוצא שביום הרחצה, כשהנהנים העיקריים בבריכה הם ילדינו השעות הן מוגבלות וקצרות מידי והשעות של הבנים מתחילות בשעה ששוקעת השמש כשגם הם כבר הולכים לישון.*סה"כ יוצא שלציבור הכללי יש נגישות של כ100 שעות בריכה בשבוע (מ- 5:30-22:00)**לעומת זאת לציבור ששומר על מצוות התורה יוצא שיש מתוך ה- 100 שעות רק כ-7 שעות כאשר רק 3.5 שעות הן באור יום* *כלומר רק 3-7% אחוז מזמן הרחצה הוא בהפרדה**כמו כן, על פי סטטיסטיקה רעננה זו עיר מעורבת אשר הציבור הדתי מהווה נתח משמעותי ביותר בעיר (על פי נתוני הרישומים למסגרות החינוך הדתיות קרוב למחצית מכלל האזרחים!)*

לדעתינו אין זה הוגן במיוחד לאור העובדה שהציבור הכללי נהנה מששה ימי בריכה בשבוע מהבוקר ועד הערב, ובמיוחד לאור העובדה שאנחנו משלמים על ילדינו בסך הכל 5 שקלים פחות במחיר הכניסה עבור בקושי רבע יום של הציבור הכללי.

לכן אנו החותמים , דתיים וחילונים מסכימים על כך ומבקשים שיוקצה לכל הפחות *יום רחצה מלא חציו לגברים וחציו לנשים, ללא החלפה לבריכה הלימודית שמלבד העובדה שהיא לא נעימה לשהיה ורחצה, היא גם גורמת למצב של חוסר צניעות בגלל שאין מחיצה והפרדה ראויה*.

To: the mayor of the city of ra'anana members of the ra'anana municipality.

We, the people who are signed below, are requesting the Honorable Mayor and the Fellow members of the Municipality of Ra'anana, to allow an additional day for separate swimming in the public pool of Ra'anana, for the religious and non-religious community.

As you are well aware, the present schedule for separate swimming hours is only Sundays from the hours of15:00 – 18:30 for women and from 19:00 – 22:30 for the men.

These hours puts a great limit for separating swimming. Not only does it allow us only one of

the six days a week that the swimming pool is open, but it also turns out that the hours for the men are very late in the evening. Considering that our children are mainly the ones who utilize the public swimming pool, it does not offer convenient hours.

We believe that this is unjust, especially considering the remainder of the Ra'anana residents enjoy six full days of swimming. Furthermore, we pay only five sheckels less than the regular fee while receiving only one-fourth (1/4) of a full day of swimming pool hours.

Thus, we the people who are signed below, religious and nonreligious residence of Ra'anana, are requesting that we be given, at the very least, a full day of separate swimming, such that half of the time will be allotted to the women, and half to the men. We are also requesting that this not affect the few hours that are given to the religious crowd for swimming lessons. Those hours are not hours where we really enjoy the swimming pool in its entirety because there is amechitzah or division that is used. Also the division, itself, does not meet our standards for modesty.
