בוריס קנגון פעל במסגרת המוסד להעלתם של יהודי שארית הפליטה מאירופה הבוערת
וחלקו הוא מרכזי בכל המפעל הזה.העליתי בפייסבוק את סיפור גבורתו בליווי אלפי תמונות
ומסמכים ובקשות לקריאת רחוב מראש הממשלה מר נתניהו,ארתור בן נתן בשם יד בן גוריון

יציאת אירופה היתה האפיזודה הגדולה ביותר בתולדות העם היהודי באלפי שנותיו.באם יציאת מצרים לפי מדענים היתה של 20000 יהודים שיצאו ועברו 40 שנה במדבר בדרכם לארץ ישראל,יציאת אירופה היתה של מאות אלפים שבמשך 6 שנים הגיעו מאירופה הבוערת לארץ במשך שבועות.לאבי היה חלק מרכזי בסיפור העליה בגלל היותו אולי היחידי בוינה עם רקע צבאי,אף אחד מהשליחים לא... היה כזה,נלחמו נגד פלחים ערביים בדוידקה,אבי לחם נגד צבא אדיר,גרמני,אבי עמד ורתם את הצבא הרוסי לעזרה לוגיסטית וצבאית,העברתם של הניצולים ממחנות השמד דרך מעברים שחיילים מצבאות שונות איבטחו שת הגבולות אבל לא עמדו מול הרוסים שליוו את המשלוחים.לא במקרה קיבל אבי את מכתבי התודה והערצה בסופרלטיבים שספק באם משהוא קיבל.מכוון ששתק ולא העסיק עיתונאי חצר ולא יחצנים ומספרי סיפורים כפי שעשו רוב אלו שלקחו קרדיט על מעשיו,מכוון שכך,לא סיפרו את מעשיו ולא פרסמו את חלקו,פשוט מאוד,האמת ההיסטורית שמועלת כאן לבטח לוקחת חלק נכבד מההילה של עסקני צעצוע קטנים שבנו את עצמם ועשו לביתם ואילולא העליתי את הנושא ובעיקר העמדת הסיפור בליווי מסמכים,תמונות וסרטי וידאו,האמת ההיסטורית לא

בוריס קנגון September 14 at 7:28pm כשהעליתי את סיפורו ומעשיו של אבי,הבאתי את הסיפור שלא סופר מעולם,פשוט כי אחרים לקחו קרדיט על מעשיו וסיפרו סיפורי באבא וסבתא על מה שכביכול היה בזמן המלחמה ולאחריה ובעיקר על העלתם של יהודי אירופה לארץ.מכוון שאז לכל עסקן היה עיתון ועיתונאי וסופר חצר,רוב "עלילות הגבורה,לא רק שלא היו במציאות,יותר מזה,עסקנים אלו קיבלו הוקרה ורחובות נקראו על שמם על כלום.כשנתבקשתי על ידי סגן ראש עיריית חולון להמציא אישורים וחתימות לועדת השמות של העיריה,הבאתי את ראש הממשלה מר נתניהו,הנשיא פרס,ארתור בן נתן בשם יד בן גוריון ועוד 1000 חותמים מכל שכבות הציבור.מכוון שבחולון,לדברי סגן ראש העיר ועסקנים אחרים,הכל נעשה לפי הבאת פניו של ראש העיר,זה שנבחר להיות מס 10 בעולם,הבנתם,מס 10 בעולם,לא בדיחה,עיתונאים דחפו וראש העיר לא התבייש להופיע ולהודות על הבחירה.זה לא העניין,למרות כל החומר שהעליתי,למרות כל מה שמסרתי לועדה,נדחתה הבקשה לקריאת רחוב על שם אבי בעירו חולון,60 שנה בעיר ועסקני צעצוע שכנראה חולון ומקבילתה במזרח התיכון החדש,בגדד וטהרן,עסקנים אלו דחו את הבקשה.פניתי למבקר המדינה בשאלה כיצד יתכן שראש ממשלה מבקש לקרוא רחוב וראש העיר אומר לי"מי זה ביבי"ככה,רק אנשי"תנועת העבודה,רק מקורבים ובעלי קשרים,רק כאלו מונצחים בעיקר העיר זו.לא שווה ששם אבי יוכתם בהנצחה על ידי עסקנים כאלו,לא שווה ולא ברור מדוע אבי עשה את שעשה בכזו אהבה ,מסירות ואומץ לב,אין ולא אחד שעשה כמוהו,למדינה כזו לא שווה להקריב,לא שווה לתת,ראו את מה שמתרחש היום,אז היה דומה,בקטן,זו העיר וזו התודה
