שלום רב נשמח על כל חתימה, כל חתימה שווה הרבה.
כידוע ישנם כלבים רבים בבית שמש.... רוב הכלבים חברותיים ורק מחפשים שותף למשחק מאייף אבל כיף. לצערינו הרב אין מקומות המיועדים לכלבים, או כשם המקום "גינת כלבים".
מהי גינת כלבים? גינת כלבים היא שטח, מגודר בדרך כלל, אשר הוקצה על ידי רשות מקומית לשימושים של כלבים ובעליהם. בגינות הכלבים רשאים הכלבים לשהות חופשים מבלי שהם קשורים ברצועה, אלה אם כן הכלב משתייך לרשמית הכלבים המסוכנים או אינו מסתדר עם כלבים אחרים וראשי להוות סכנה.
אנו קוראים לתושבי בית שמש והסביבה, בעלי כלבים ואוהבי כלבים לחתום על העצומה אותה נגיש לעיריית בית שמש

Hello, we will be happy for every signature, each one counts.
As you know, there are many dogs in Bet Shemesh... Most of them are very friendly and are looking for a play mate for fun and physical exercise.
Unfortunately there are no designated places where they can play freely - "dog parks".
What is a dog park ? A dog park is a fenced area setup by the local municipality designated for the dogs and their owners. In the dog park the dogs are allowed to wonder without a leash as long as they do not belong to one of the "dangerous" breeds or are aggressive to other dogs.
We ask that all dog owners and dog lovers in Bet Shemesh and area sign the partition that will be submitted to the Bet Shemesh municipality.
