לכל המעוניין:

אנחנו, תושבי בית שמש ובעלי העסקים החתומים מטה, שקיבלו הודעה על הגדלת המטרים המרובעים שעל פיהם קובעים את מחיר הארנונה, ואשר חוייבו רטרואקטיבית על סכום זה, ואשר מרגישים עשוקים על ידי העירייה וללא קבלת שירותים תואמים, מוחים בזאת כאן ודורשים ביטול מיידי של השינוי בקביעת המטראז' החדש והחזרים של כל הסכומים שניגבו מאיתנו מתחילת שנת 2017 בהתאם לשינוי. 

To all interested parties:

We, the undersigned residents of Beit Shemesh and the undersigned business owners, who have been notified of the change of the way the arnona (municipal taxes) is now calculated (after the fact), and therefore, experience a significant increase in square meters of our properties, which is retroactively imposed on our residents, hereby protest and demand an immediate cancellation of this decree and a refund on all extra money collected from us.
