We, high functioning autistic people, demand full recognition of our rights to equality in social, cultural, and economic life.

Mostly Women and some men on the spectrum face severe underrepresentation in culture, media, celebrity, and positions of power and influence.

Some of us struggle with a 8-hour workdays or certain tasks – but this does not make us less competent.

It is unfair to force us to “burn out” at work or conform to neurotypical (divergent) pacing in order to be considered worthy and competent.

We demand equal pay for equal work compared to neurotypical (divergent) colleagues, without diminishing our competence or potential.

We demand:

True equality in employment, academia, and cultural institutions, with recognition of neurological differences without disqualification.

Authentic representation in media, films, fashion, and culture – including placing autistic people in .positions of influence and power

A shift in perception: the ability to lead, live fully, and make an impact is not determined by neurotypical divergent norms.

Recognition of women on the spectrum and increasing their representation in culture and society.

Equal pay for equal work, without compromising competence or standards.

Autism ≠ Incompetence.

The system must adapt to us – not the other way around.

Call to Action:

Sign this petition to demand real change: neurological equality, autistic presence in all centers of power and influence, full representation of women on the spectrum, and equal pay compared to neurotypical colleagues.
