תמיכה לערער על אישור התוכניית לבניית רמת בית שמש גימל 2

 אנו החתומים מטה מתנגדים לתוכנית הנ"ל אשר נדונה בוועדה המחוזית לתכנון ובניה ומביעים בזאת את תמיכתנו בערר 1/12 שהוגש על ידי נציגי הקהילה לועדת הערר של המועצה הארצית לתכנון ובניה, באמצעות עו"ד רפי אטינגר.

 יתר על כן אנו מתקוממים נגד דברי ב"כ הוועדה המקומית אשר פירש את הצטרפותנו לערר קהילתי מרוכז אחד כהסכמה להחלטת הוועדה המחוזית.

 כמו כן נסיונו ל"צבוע" את התנגדותנו כהתנגדות אנטי קבוצתית ולא התנגדות על בסיס פגמים יסודיים בתכנון, בשילוב עם אפלייה לרעה של רוב קהילות העיר פגע בציבור רחב אשר רחוק מדברים אלה כשמים וארץ.

דווקא התכנית לה אנו מתנגדים היא פוליטית ומנסה להדיר אוכלוסיות נרחבות. לכך אנו מתנגדים בכל תוקף.

 We, the undersigned, object to the current construction plans for RBS Gimmel 2 which was debated before the regional council and wholeheartedly support the appeal which was presented by representatives of the city's residents through Attorney Rafi Ettinger to the appeal board of the national council for planning and construction. 

 We are appalled that the city representative interpreted our joint objection as the consent of all of the other individuals to the building plans.

 Similarly, his attempt to paint our objections as an objection against a specific population and not an objection on the basis of fundamental flaws in the planning together with discrimination against the majority of the city's population is a false indictment of the many people who distance themselves from those beliefs.  The plans to which we are objecting are political plans which attempt to shut out many population groups.  It is for these reasons that we continue to object:
